I have to brag about a wonderful CM...

I had a ressie with free dining for 2 adults 6 children. We were booked at ASMo 2 rooms preferred, ground floor, close to transportation and a fridge for meds. I wanted to upgrade to a mod resort. So I called the 800 #.

I got a wonderful lady whos ename is being withheld.;) She tried a couple different things and then came back with a cabin at Ft. Wilderness Cabins. The cost was $568.00 more. So I told her to change it. I asked her if she was sure she had everyone in the party because I thought the cabins only held up to 6 people. She assured me, yes. So I hang up all excited that we were able to upgrade and have a kitchen and blah blah....

Then DH asks the kids how they felt about it and they were really disappointed they were not going to see Buzz Lightyear. Dh said to call back and see if we could get our old ressie back.

So........

I called an got a WONDERFUL CM :thumbsup2 She was very polite and eager to help me. I explained what happened and she got on the phone with GR and started working her magic. I was sure she would come back and say she couldn't do it.

As we started talking I was telling her I was flexible as to which All Star I could stay at. I will stay at any one except SPORTS. If I had to go to sports I would stay offsite. She asked why and I told her about the horrible time we had in Dec. They put us in a Standard room after we paid for Preferred and then when we finally got up there lugging 6 children the rooms were not connecting:mad: So I called down to the front desk and I get told they have no connecting rooms and the list goes on. We ended up missing our dinner ressies at RFC because of this problem. We actually came early the night before we went to the parks so the kids could eat at RFC. Needless to say I was very angry.

Well, the CM listened and apologized left and right( I told her it was not her fault and i was over it) any way, she puts me back on hold and comes back and says that it is going to take a while because when I called earlier in the day to move resorts the other CM took one of kids off the ressies. Hence the reason we were able to go into a cabin. (the baby doesn't count) So now they had to figure out how to get the expired code to work for our son.

I am so glad I called because I probably would have lost my mind if I got there and my 11 yr was not on our dining plan. Anyway, she told me she would have to call me back so she could figure it all out.

She called me back and I made my final payment. Our vaca is paid in FULL:banana: :banana: She said she noted everything that had during our last vaca there. It was horrible.

We had the charade at the resort then we lost our 6 year old at Space Mtn and then right after that my 3 year old was sitting at Peco Bills with Daddy while I was at the fixin bar and he fell and busted his head open. I come back to blood everywhere. I didn't realize the head could bleed so much.:scared:

After all that was solved we go back to our resort and get ready for the next day and figure out that DH left 2 pieces of our LUGGAGE at home:mad: So we had to buy clothes for 3 kids while we were there. I was so upset I told dh that if one more bad thing happened I would believe that Disney was cursed. BUT...after all that we did end up with a good vaca.

Anyway, the CM put in all my notes everything that has happened to us and put in the fact that we are celebrating our daughter being "flare" free for over 6 months. She is able to walk now hence the longer vacation.

She told me it was YOMD and she was praying that we would get Cindy's Palace overnight. She was the best CM I have ever worked with.

Very calm and knowledgable. In my eyes she went over and above for us. She could have told us tough poey you are stuck with it. But she came through.

I just wanted to give some praise.

I love calling CRo and getting wonderful eager to help people! It's usually a 50/50 chance, but it really just puts a smile on your face!! I'll never forget this one gentlemen i spoke to..it was the first time staying on-site, and he was so happy and just excited to be working for disney!! He went above and beyond and made the experience a great first!
 

I love it when I get someone so fabulous and accommodating. Makes me think good thoughts about my trip when someone works so hard for your happiness.
 
Just to let you all know - there are several reasons why we ask that people not post the CM names on the board - one being that we know Disney monitors these boards and we know in the past CMs have been reprimanded because of things written / read here.

Thanks I would never want to get anyone in trouble. I was sure to stay on the line for the survey after the phone call and I am thinking about emailing Disney and letting them know that they have a GEM. :wizard:
