I have the best parents!! =D

So lately I've been having a lot of problems in life. I've been in fights with friends, stressed out for college stuff, school...eck! I've had a couple mental breakdowns and stuff, and I've been venting to my parents about this stuff for a while now. They've been really supportive, offering a ear and shoulder to cry on and giving some really helpful advice.

So during the latest bit of friend problems, I called my dad, freaking out, to vent and he said "Maybe we can try to get away for a few days. I'll talk to Mom about it later." So when we were all home, we decided to take a long weekend and go to Disney World right after my midterms. I was so happy!! Then my mom said, maybe we could see if (my brother and his fiancee) Marc and Jen wanted to come along too! That's still pending (Jen's a teacher and has to see if she can take the one day off that she'd be missing.) But even if they don't come, I get to escape to Disney for a couple days! No friendship problems, just warm air and Disney!

We're leaving in 16 days! I'm so excited. I just put in my request for off at my work last night. I still can't believe this is happening.

Have your parents done something like that for you?

Last year I was a complete wreck my teacher was a jerk,I have never hated in my life before...except for that. Jeezzzzzz and I remember one time my mom said "you need a mental health day" so i took the day off relaxing playing vmk and late we went out for icecream still made me smile
