HI all-

Last year we did Epcot and MK. I have two little girls and they are all about princesses so we did CRT for dinner but only saw Cindy, fairy godmother, and mice. Then we did Akershus and saw all the princesses between that meal and walking around Epcot. Epcot rocks for princesses.

Next year we are going but doing MK and DHS so no Epcot. When I look at the WDW site it looks like they changed CRT? Did they? Are princesses at all the meals now? I would really like to schedule all of my character meals as dinner if possible so would like to do CRT for dinner the day we are in MK but possibly lunch so I can see who is there and who I need to be on the look out for during the rest of the day in the park. We will try to get the bippity boppity boutique before that meal. I will also schedule 1900 Park Lane for dinner a day we are not in the parks.

Are there any princess meals or places to see them in DHS?

What is the Fantasmic Dinner package? Can you use DDP with it?

I saw something about a Garden View Tea Party at the Grand Floridian. What is that? It says it has Princess Aurora. Is this a meal? Do you use DDP? What kind of credit is it? Can this be a dinner?

I was going to schedule both Cape May Cafe and Chef Mickeys for dinners on non park days as well. Will there be the same characters at both or might we see different ones?

We are VERY much about the princesses and the kids said they want to see Mickey too so throwing a couple of meals in with him too. I would much rather see the princesses at meals so we don't have to hunt them down in long lines but we just don't want to do hoppers just to go to Epcot for one meal. What's a mommy to do? Can you guys help me out with my questions? Thank you!

yes crt at nite has been changed, princesses are there at all meals now.

no princess meals, but ariel has her own show and theres a "broadway" version of beatuy and the beast. they are character greetings throughout hs, but it's a hit and miss each day.

three restaurants participate in this and you will get reserved seating at the F! show. hollywood and vine, mamma melrose, each one credit on the ddp and browen derby, 2 credits for that one. you go then receive a yellow stub at the end of your meal. then show up roughly one hr before show at a sseparate entrance, unless it's been changed again. lol. then you will sit in section one or two. people have complained it;s not the best. personally i liked it. april we got front row seats and 2 princesses and pocohontas all looked at dd and waved. very cool in my books! with small kids i found it worth it vs waiting for an hr.

I saw something about a Garden View Tea Party at the Grand Floridian. What is that? It says it has Princess Aurora. Is this a meal? Do you use DDP? What kind of credit is it? Can this be a dinner?

the tea i have no info on. i have read some things, and if im not confusing it it is oop and can be pricey.

im not sure whos at cape may, at cm's is mickey, donald, minnie, goofy and pluto. mine love it!

hope this helps a little. we did all the character meals last october and i was on burn out, but a ffwe here and there are nice for the kids. plus theyre usually buffet so its more choice for the kids to eat.

Let's see...yes they changed CRT dinner, so the princess are there as well. Cinderella greets you and you get your picture taken with her before you sit down for dinner. The FairyGodmother and mice are no longer there.

There aren't any Princess meals at DHS - I don't think you'll see many Princesses in the park either. The only character meal at DHS is breakfast and lunch at Hollywood and Vine. Handy Manny, is replacing JoJo here.

You can do the Fantasmic package for either lunch or dinner at Mama Melroses, Hollywood and Vine, and Brown Derby. You get your meal and reserved seats to that nights Fantasmic show. I think it is 1 dining credit on the DDP.

The My Disney Girl Perfectly Princess Tea Party at GF is a tea party. Typical tea party foods - finger sandwiches, fruit, etc. It is not on the Dining Plan and is $$$. Your DD will get a My Disney Girl doll, meet Aurora and have tea. Aurora is not there the entire time, she makes her way around the tables like any other character meal.

Chef Mickey is breakfast lunch or dinner and has Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald in chef attire, Cape May is either breakfast or dinner, and has Minnie, Goofy and Donald in beach wear. Maybe try breakfast at O'hana's instead of one of them - Lilo, Stitch and Mickey are there ;)

I'm pretty sure Mama Melrose and Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic packages are one TS credit on the DDP, but I really thought Brown Derby's package meal was a 2 credit TS meal. Of course, a dining reservation CM would be able to tell you for sure. You'll be calling them to make the reservation anyway, as I'm fairly sure you can't book a Fantasmic package via the dining reservations area on the WDW website.

Characters are different at each of the meals available at 1900 Park Fare. (Breakfast, tea party, and dinner.) Take a look at the lineups for each to see which one you think your family would enjoy the most. You can find the current lineups at: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/1900-park-fare/

The afternoon tea party at 1900 PF is *not* the one you referenced, just to be clear. The one at 1900 PF is Alice in Wonderland themed. The one you mentioned takes place at the spa at the GF, and is a separate event. (I get them confused all the time as they're both at the GF.) I do believe Aurora is the more-than-likely princess you would see at the Garden View tea.

However, the dinner at 1900 PF is Cinderella-themed, so that would probably be the best 1900 PF meal choice for you if you're looking for princess themes. It'd be pretty easy to get over there on one of your MK days, just a couple of stops on the monorail away.

You can also inquire from pretty much any CM in the park and at the concierge station at your hotel about specific characters and where/when they may be appearing that day. I find that asking at Guest Services (if there isn't much of a line) or a similar area tends to work the best. That might be a good way for you to find out either when leaving your hotel to head to a park or just after you enter the park about where and when you should be to meet any princesses who may be appearing there that day.

Have a great trip!

we went to CRT 2 weeks ago for lunch and the following were there: Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Aerial, and Belle
