I have no reservations!

We are leaving for Disney on Saturday. I don't have a single reservation. We will be staying at AKL. We would like to dine at Jiko, Wolfgang Puck in DTD, among others. I looked at some menus and had to pick my jaw off the floor, looking at the prices.

Has anyone used Visa Signature card which is supposed to get reservations in difficult to get restaurants? That is my last resort.

I have done very little planning for a week stay, with wife & son.

Have not heard of Visa Signature card. But, do you expect large volumes of crowds at WDW this coming week? Once youget to AKL, maybe their guest services could help you make some ADRs. Several years ago my daughter and I went very last minute and had some good luck getting last minute ressies. Sometimes they will make WDW resort guests a priority even when "walking-in". If price is a factor, maybe consider doing some of the places at lunchtime or even mid afternoon. We have done that many times, prices seem a bit less, sometimes a little less crowded plus the added benefit of walking off all the good food you just have consumed! Sometimes we have even made a meal of appetizers and salad and have been filled up.

Any ideas on where you might like to try? Another factor is your son's age. That may help you decide where to go.
