Just wanted to have a happy dance.:cool1::banana::cool1:

I joined Weight Watchers online (good deal on Quidco btw) at the end of January. The weight is coming off slowly but steadily. My aim was to lose a stone by SIL's wedding which is 7th April.:) The next goal is to lose another 8lbs by the beginning of June when we go to Great Yarmouth. After that, I want to lose another stone by October 29th when we go to WDW!:cool1:

Well done ...that is amazing .... I have lost 10lbs now and hoping to make a stone by the end of April : )

I was 344lbs in november 2010 when my weight began to become life threatening (not going into details here, but I was at 190lbs in 2007)

I didn't use any coach or system, I just cut down on calories. I used to drink 2 liters of coke per day, now coke is banned from my house. I threw away all my dishes and plates and bought smaller sized one.
I didn't change my diet at all (still eating whatever I want) but I stuck to a basic rule : once the plate is empty, it's empty. No going back for more.
Little by little I learned to eat less. I used to be able to eat 2 large pizzas by myself, and right now DW, DS and I cannot finish just one.

For our wedding in Dec 2011, I was 260lbs, and this morning I was a little over 264lbs (but I've got an excuse, I'm back from WDW, lol)
So, so far my weight seems to be stable, and thats a 80lbs loss.

I still need to lose 40lbs and I hope I'll do that by the end of the year.

Keep on the good work, it requires efforts, but it's rewarding

Wow, you must have incredible determination. My problem is that I am greedy and have no portion control. I have a tendency to eat until I am uncomfortable, rather then simply full. I also eat incredibly quickly - not very nice. Anyway, I'm doing something about it now.:)
