I never thought I would try the stuff, but now I really like it. The local grocery stores carry quite a variety. The roasted red pepper has been the best so far. The cool thing about it is, a 2 Tbs serving has 1 gm carbs, 1 gm protein, and 3 gms fat (NO saturated fat). It is great on veggies like celery, or something like a whole-grain pita or cracker.
