It's called: Photo toolkit. I was doing a google search and happened upon it.
I can't believe what a good job it does! I had pictures of my DGS and he had scratches on his face. I was able to get rid of all his boo boos!
In a couple photos it was after I took the picture I noticed he had catsup around his mouth 
and I was able to remove that, as well!
There is also a teeth whitening tool.
Just thought I would recommend this software. On the down side...it will not show you a thumbnail size preview of your picture files, so you have to mark down the name or # of the photo you want to edit before you go into photo toolkit.
