I have boneless chicken breasts, a crockpot and kids who don't like casseroles, HELP?

I made the chicken and a bottle oof BBQ sauce tonight. YUMMY and SO EASY!!!!! Dh even said he liked it better then sloppy joes, I usually make.

I keep it all week in the fridge. I found that as long as its in the broth, it doesn't get hard and dried out at all. I use the poultry first and work my way down!
