...I am tired of being in point debt! Meaning we have 400 points and I would like to stop borrowing them. We only have 169 left in our 2010 use year. Yikes! So I probably should be looking at getting a new car (mine has 100K and DH's 80K) so that we will be able to get to WDW. I should probably be ready to pay off my student loan that is coming due in October. But I really want to add on some vacation points! Help! Tell me I will survive with what we have!

I can suffer and stay in a studio.
I can suffer and not use my points on a cruise.
I can suffer and not buy an AP that will force me to go back.

Just go less often. You'll appreciate it more, you'll leave less of your disposable income at Disney and you'll save more on top of that. That's what we've done.

Add-on-itis? Haven't had that since the BCV was for sale. And won't ever have it again.

Using your points for a cruise is costing you. Rest your sea legs for a year or two and maybe you can put off your next add-on.

AP rates are really great right now. Get your Disney fix with a stay at POP or POR. The AP rates for moderates have been running $99/nt. for much of the year. The values are even less of course.
