Quests can be very annoying, even if you have a good computer to play them on. They are especially difficult for those of us that are not skilled in a certain game (my weakness is Pirates). So, I have an idea that would allow those of us who don't have good computers (I have a good computer, I just like to stick up for my fellow DIS'ers) a way to get a prize.
Just like the four Autopia quests, we would have quests for magic pins. Maybe you could have Purple Flying Carpet Magic and Green Flying Carpet Magic. The correct colored one would go to the players that could play very well on the minigames, thus a tougher quest. The Green could be won by both players with fast and slow computers and wouldn't involve minigames. To stop the server problems within the weekend rush to get the items, VMK should hold month long quests that have to do with the theme. In this way, players would have time to hone their skills before they had to do 120,000 in Fireworks or 25,000 in Jungle Cruise. So, if they had done this this month, it would be a Captain Barbossa Magic Pin (made it up!) and Captain Barbossa with Monkey Magic Pin. This way any player, with a computer good or bad could play the quests and enjoy them. It would also solve the problem of missing the quests when you are away on vacation, because they would be there when you get back.
I am going to send this into Contact Us after I get a few good replies.
