I have an idea, looking for pros and cons!!!

I am a bw owner, we are thinking of going to hh in july of 02. What if I were to find a hh owner who would make ressies for me at the 11 month window, in exchange I would make ressies for him at the bw at the 11 month window. Is this a good idea?
