I had a toothache too. I think I just had something stuck in the gum or something, though because I brushed and flossed really well right before bed and it doesn't hurt this morning.

I hope your dentist fixes you up nicely.

If it's a back tooth, remember that it could be sinus related. So if your dentist doesn't find anything, ask for a zpack just in case.
