What does subscribe to a thread mean?
I just did it, and I dont know if I want to or not, LOL!

It means that the system will send you an automated e-mail notification everytime someone posts a reply to the thread, similar to the e-mail notification for PMs.

You'll get an email if someone responds. The part I like is that on your user page you have a place that will also list the subscribed threads you have. It is an easy way to find a thread you'd like to know about.

Yes, they are separate functions.

I really like the subscribe feature. Helps a lot, what with the search being broken so often and the member search turned off for the past months.

I wonder if we would subscribe to threads only Dan Murphy replied to or started what percentage of the total threads that would be???
