Has anybody posted here to rent points and then NOT been able to rent them out, and subsequently had to lose them, or run into any other kind of problems?
I'm curious as to how smoothly these transactions go from the renters point of view.
I am trying to talk my sister and brother-in-law to purchase DVC. They've stayed on Disney property and they have also stayed at VB and HH for cash. They won't use DVC every year, but they may use it every three, but they are still concerned that 450 points are way to many every three years. They also don't see the value of using the points anywhere but Disney.....BIL is in finance so if I can appeal to his financial side I might convince them to become part of the DVC family!
