I know how to add sound, but does it work with mp3s? And if so, what is the size limit we can use? I'd probably keep them under a meg.

I don't think mp3's work, but I may be wrong. I'm sure JC could tell you a lot more about audio files on Monday.
You can't add music to a signature, but other than that, we don't have any rules about audio right now.
