To use it!
I'm starting to Hyper-Disney-Ventilate!
We have waited sooooo long for this trip! And I'm so excited for the family we are bringing with us -- a new nephew (who almost wasn't -- 2 heart surgeries in his tiny 8 month life!) and his family (BIL,SIL and 4 yr old son); my niece (soon to begin college! Doesn't seem possible -- she was my flower girl exactly 14 years ago this Aug 11th!) and niece's family (my sis and her other teen dd). And lest I forget, our own crew -- me, DH and 3 great kids (9,8,and 4). DVC sure makes a wonderful gathering possible.
We are leaving pre-dawn on Friday... 13+ hrs of driving and pit-stopping at Kingsland (unless we are ultra-motivated and can go further!) THen BCV on Sat and Sun, followed by 8 nts at BWV. THen as a "surprise", we have 4 more days at SSR just for our fam of 5 after the rest of the gang leaves. We have lots of PS already made (including a special CRT bfast for the girls in the party -- including my 4 yr old dd!), GG Illuminations dinner, HDDR (made nearly 2 yrs ago -- we are the FIRST on the list!), Pirate cruisin for kids, even a special just me -n-dh dinner at Shula's one night... and lots of addtional unscheduled, laid-back together time!
I am trying to pack, breathe, run errands, breathe, clean house, breathe, pack more, breathe... but sometimes I forget the non-essential stuff (like the breathing thing -- what's with that when there are Disney preps underway?!?) So then I realize my mistake and try to catch up... it doesn't work -- hence the paper bag! <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_18_5.gif' alt='Bag Head' border=0></a>
And inbetween puffing into the bag and packing, I just wanted to thank all you wonderful folks for sharing your knowledge with me over the past several months! I'll give the full report when I return... hope I meet a few of you fellow August travelers!
