While my wife will not be with me during the day, she will be joining me around 5 in the evening. Question is could I use her park pass to get her a fast pass so we could try to hit a ride after her meetings.

To use ticket to get a fast pass, it has to have been used that day to gain entry to the park, so you would not be able to use it until your wife has entered using her pass.

Well, there's a slight way but it's not at all convenient. Your DW will have to enter the park with you as soon as it opens then hand you her pass before turning around and heading off to where she needs to be. At that point, you could theoretically use her pass to get FP's for her when you get yours. Granted, when it comes time to join you you'll need to exit the park to give her back her pass. One way you can do this is early morning breakfast ADR's at each park...

Not easy, but if you want to go to the trouble it is do-able.
