I have a ?? for AP holders

Once we purchase the Ap on line how long does it take to receive it through the mail? Then , how do I order the DDE card, Can I order it at the same time with AP discount? or will I have to wait till I receive AP then order it? We want to go down the third week in March, but that may be cutting it too close.
