My family says 'YOU ARE GOING AGAIN?', and 'There are other places in the world ya know' and 'can we say over-kill?'. My step-mother (Joycie) throws her head back and looks to someone above her that I can see and has an entire discussion on how I need to grow up, while I look over at my dad and shrug. My father, only went once - on an adult trip with my step-moms friends - about 10 years ago, right before he lost most of his eye-sight (everything is a big blur - no real details, he does know when I shrug) --- so I whisper to him - that one day he can go with us, and leave Joycie home - and do all those things the old people didnt want to do... they didnt ride TestTrack, or MissionSpace or SpaceMountain or SplashMountain or TowerOfTerror or RockNRoll RollerCoaster. They sat at shows. They ate where Joycie wanted to eat, and not at the places he wanted. He laughs and says 'OKAY!' - he so wants to go....
The rest of my family (8 siblings with children, and my Mother) are anti-disney except for my one brother.... yet yesterday.. he arrived at Dads after me and my stepmom brings up Disney... and my brother gets all excited (his family has gone with my family the last two years) and asks me when I am leaving and his wife.... shoots me this evil look - so I just kinda said Labor Day weekend, and the conversation died. We soooo wanted to share our excitement - talk about ADR's and the new places we are going, even our trip to the beach....
So I have concluded that I have a DisneyDisease and my family wants to quarentine me from the world.
so I will be talking about my vacation here, with my fellow diseased family.
