...who was just there for the marathon. I told her about the rumor thread here regarding the possible MGM Toy Story meal. She said she thought she saw an ad on the Disney channel while there about a Toy Story lunch at Liberty Tavern in MK. I know from watching (anxiously hoping for April) the thread here about the MGM one and I'm sure if there were an MK one people would talk here about it.

What could she be thinking of??? Anyone been there very recently and seen a commercial she could have misunderstood?

Just my opinion, but I don't think that Toy Story fits in very well with LTT. If it ever materialzies, I don't think the Toy Story gang would be there. It sounds more reasonable for the setting to be in MGM, but that is just my guess. I sure do hope it comes true. This would be so much fun for my boys!! Hope it gets going before '07.

I seen a thread earlier this week about Toy Story character dining, but it would be in Hollywood & Vine. Again agreeing with the above reply dont see how it would fit into the theme - unless the changed the decor etc. but sure someone said that they had a freind who had gone on to DisneyCasting and seen a recruitment ad for Toy Story soldiers or something - to take part in new character dining experience at MGM aimed at boys - I could be talking rubbish though, try the disney resturaunt forum, there is a thread - honest!!

I knew it couldn't possibly be true without the DIS knowing, but I just wondered what to tell her she must be thinking of. I mean I trust this board's ability so much I didn't even get my hopes up for a second, just knew right away there was some mistake.

That show Dcgrumpy mentioned must be it.
