I have a breakthrough update!

You know the "black hole" where you send messages to on VMK. You can now title it "Temporary Black Hole". No message gets deleted, only put at the bottom of the pile. I sent player behaviors to VMK in Sept. and JUST got the reply that they had just NOW taken action. So all of our letters are not lost, it will just take months for them to read.

Same thing has happened to me. I had forgotten I even sent a message to them and was surprised to see I got a letter back! lol.
