I have a ? about AP 1st time use

We bought our new Family AP's online using the Fan Club card. I opted for the no shipping, just picking the voucher up at the Electronic Will Call. Now here is my question:

We have a chance for a quick trip down to Orlando before our main family trip in May. My husband will not be able to take the first trip with us.

Since he will not be there for the activation and picture taking of the AP's, how does Universal handle the missing person on the voucher? Do they issue a single voucher for him to use when he finally gets to go?

I just don't want any surprises and any info will be appreciated! I suppose there is a # I can call, but it is 12 am here and we just found out he might miss this trip so I was hoping some super smart US goer might know the answer!

When you go to the Kiosk, it gives you a ticket for each person.

You keep the ticket for your husband. The expiration date of your husband's AP will be automatically set.
I'd call just to make sure, because on some passes, they're saying you have to convert it by a certain date.

I was not sure if it printed out on one form or one for each person.
Now that it is normal business hours I will give them a call.
