seeing kids with cell phones.

when i was ten, i was playing with a gameboy, not texting.

Agreed.
Although I'm reverting into a ten year old...
I probably spent more time today with my gameboy than my computer, or my cellphone.

I know! I saw a seven year old with a cell the other day!
I was like, WHAT?!?!?, I was playing with bugs and stuffed animals when I was seven.

I think 10 year olds should be enjoying their childhood. I was reading and playing with dolls at that age, and playing video games. Kids are growing up way too fast I think.

I'm 14 and I don't even have a cell phone. I'm charging my SP right now. :upsidedow

Yeah, it is annoying to see. Especially when they act like they're older than they are. Like when I went to the movies once I saw a 7 year old (probably anyway) saying inapproptiate things with his dad right next to him.

Not to offend anyone, but what I find weird is when you're in a class with a ton of people in each grade and the computers aren't working then the seniors go up to the teacher and ask "Can I play my DS?"

:confused3

I dislike when 12 years old act like adults.
I dislike when adults have the maturity of a 12 year old.
I dislike competitive people.
I dislike people who chew food really close to my face, so I can hear it. It makes me cringe.
I dislike this new trend of using 'epic' a lot.

^^^lol. Never saw that happen but I can see it happening. Usually people will just take out there itouches/iphones/ds's and start playing.

Anyway, I remember when I was in like 4th or 5th grade everyone would play their Gameboy Color's and would hook them up to each other and battle each other in pokemon or something.

Don't forget the overuseage of fail. Then again, I end up using that alot. Either that or "pro" instead of epic.

FWIW, I didnt get my first cellphone till I was 16!

When I was 10, i was playing with my american girl dolls and doing kid activities. It is sad that kids these days dont get that opportunity. :sad2:

I use my cell all the time but in my defense it's usually to text/call my parents or my nan to let them know what's happening or to keep up with my friends from my old stables and tell them what events I'm coming to or to text my current riding bestie to ask her her plans and for any cancelletaions with the local riding club.
My life revolves around the horses and has done since I was about 10 xD

I disliked working the register at my old job, and people would pull cash out of their pockets or bra, hand it to me, and it was moist and warm.

My friends all do that with their money and their phones!
Why, just why? Safe? Maybe. Comfy? Hell no. Hygenic? Not really.

I got my mobile phone when I was 12, and I haven't changed it since... I rarely ever use it. Actually, before I took it with me to London on Wednesday, it had been in my suitcase from my trip to Florida in December...

I bring my DS to school, but I have a game called 100 Classic Book Collection, so I read on there. Right now i'm reading Round the World in 80 Days.

I had a guy scratching his beard scruff with his debit card the other day, & then handed it to me. It was lovely.

I do that. Too much. The word is probably my most over used word in the entire dictionary. I most likley cant say a sentance without using it.

I dislike hypocrites. Nuff' said.
