I hate Wal-Mart.com

:mad This is the 2nd time ordering something from Wal-Mart.com and comes up missing. Order never received and when I call customer service I get the big runaround. They now state item is out of stock and can give me a refund but now I cant get the product I wanted at the Black Friday price.

Last year my husband ordered me several things on Walmart.com on two separate tickets. We received part of the order but the other part was missing. They claimed the payment was declined and the order was cancelled but yet no one ever emailed us or let us know. They could not even figure out until we reach a high level supervisor. The item was a Cricut bundle was now sold out as well. My husband demanded they fix the situation. Kept getting higher and higher supers. finally, they gave him a Cricut and several items at a discount comparable to the soldout item. If it is worth and was a really good deal, demand to keep speaking to a higher supervisor, you never know...good luck!

They just sent me an email for the "refund of the item I returned." Um, I was trying to track the item I never received. And dang it, the Bing 20% cashback has me tempted to try again as the sale price was already great, but its over $100, so that's a big rebate. GRRRR.

I'm sorry that you had problems with your order. Did they ship it and it just never arrived? If it was shipped, it doesn't sound like a problem with Wal-Mart but the delivery company.

I placed and order on BF and I got the items shipped to my house (Cricut Machine and some coats) the following Wednesday. The 19" TV was shipped to the store and it came in earlier this week. I just haven't had time to get there to pick it up.

I'm not sure what Bing is but I ordered mine through Ebates. Sounds like Bing would have been a better deal.
