I HATE spring

I HATE spring. Its supposed to be 50 degrees right now, but what is it? Almost 80. The wasps are out, the ants are out, the other annoying little bugs are out, and I had to put on my air conditioner already, cuz fans just weren't cutting it. Did I mention I hate spring? Oh, and its been raining and thunderstorming every other day. Bring back the snow!! Ok, just had to vent.

It's 80 here. The pear blossoms and forsythias are gorgeous. Humidity is low. What's not to love?

Me, too! Everything is blooming here, which looks beautiful. But, the minute I step outside to enjoy it, the sneezing, sniffling, itchy eyes, etc. starts. I do NOT want Winter back, but I'm not a big fan of Spring, either.

Wow, that is harsh with all the hate you are mentioning I love spring...summer, winter and fall for that matter. 80 degrees! I'll take it! It's a rainy 38 degrees here today. Each day is a blessing to me!

That is my only issue with Spring. I love Sping flowers and the weather. (Still waiting for it to come.) But I HATE the allergies. On Friday I came into work feeling fine. I work on the 3rd floor so I take the elevator up. The second I walk out of the elevator my nose starts stuffing up, I get a headache, and my eyes start itching. I couldn't believe how fast it happened!

It's sad, but the first sign of Spring for me was rounding up all the allergy meds! Ugh!

I'm another one that hates spring because of the allergies. Mine haven't kicked in too badly yet, but it's only a matter of time before I'm a hacking, sniffling, watery eyed mess. I will say though I am glad to see spring this year. The winter was an emotional nightmare and as much as I love snow (I'm addicted to the stuff), I'm glad for winter to be over and hoping spring will really be a new beginning this year. Looking forward to breaking out all the new flip flops I have this year too

Boy can you say that again. I can literally see "sheets" of pollen falling to the ground. Doesn't bother me -- but my DD and DH -- boy do they suffer.

I hate spring for allergy season too! But today it's 69 degrees outside and really nice....but we have a winter storm warning for Tue-Thur so I am enjoying every second of the fresh warmer air going through my house at the moment!

This is one Washingtonian that doesn't mind rain during spring because it keeps the pollen count down. Because of all the rain, things have been quite tolerable so far.

My allergies don't usually start up until around June and they last through October. Don't know what that's all about....

I have problems later in the summer too until Oct. It only started a couple of years ago too. There must be something insidious here in NH in the late summer/early fall!
