I hate it when

One of the other managers just walks into my office, no matter how busy I am (or how busy I look) and says "so....", as if we were continuing a conversation. I know this is a psycological tatic, but I cannot stand it. He then sits down in one of the chairs in my office and proceeds with a "discussion". We never started a discussion, but he thinks I am supposed to pick up on it no matter what it is.

Do you understand what I mean? He drives me nuts!

I know exactly what you mean! There's an older gentleman at work that does that to me. Then he starts telling me things about people I have no idea what he's talking about! He starts EVERY conversation like we've been talking for awhile. Drives me batty. I almost went to sleep on him this morning when he started it again. He loves the sound of his own voice.

I get that here too....aggravates me more when I'm especially busy and they can see it cause I just continue typing while we are talking - drives them nuts...but they don't leave!!!!!
