If one of my boys had complained to me about this, I would have laughed. I certainly wouldn't have suggested that they talk to the teacher. In the real world, we have to work as teams and the person best suited for the work always takes over. Why wouldn't they?

Yes we have to work as teams, but these guys weren't being a part of team. it is one thing for 1 person to "lead" the group, but in this case, there wasn't a group to lead because the 2 other guys CHOSE not to do it. Would you want your boys to do all the work and have the other 2 guys laugh at him and get a good grade at his expense?

I agree that groups must work as a team, but the OP's son was the only person doing any work. Seems like the other 2 clowns didn't even offer ideas or suggestions.
