I hate grocery shopping!

I'm stalling here... I have to go grocery shopping, but I don't want to go! I hate it! Always have, always will. I hate to buy the groceries, hate to put them away and most of all, hate to cook them! I hate it all! Why can't I be rich?

I used to hate grocery shopping and cooking.

I love it now because the kids are grown and I can make something more exciting than chicken strips and french fries.

I'm not a real fan of grocery shopping either. That's why I shop at our SuperTarget. I make my food purchases quickly and then go look at other stuff in the store.

Good point, I think that's why I hate it too.

It's such a big job...load the cart, load the belt, load the cart with bags, pay 1 arm and 1 leg, load the car, unload the car, unload the bags, put everything away. Coupons? Forget it - that pushes me over the edge!

I posted here a while ago about whether it would be possible to shop for a month at a time. I still haven't tried it, but what a relief that would be if I could make it work.

Well....at least it's not a weekend. Hope it's as painless as possible for you.

I hate it too! I hate rude people in the store. I hate when I am looking for something and somebody comes and stands in front of me so they can look for something for themselves.

I hate when I turn down an aisle and people leave their wagons in the middle of the aisle to look for something. Is it so difficult to move your wagon to the side so people can pass.
I really hate food shopping.

I hate it as well usually we go on Friday nights because it's not crowded at all and it's a mad house on the weekends which irritates me! I love cooking though I just hate going to the store and getting the food it's so annoying.

The times I really hate it is when I am down to a few groceries and I have to do a BIG shop. I really dread going then. I'm fine if I just pop in on the way home from somewhere else.

This is probably just me...but I hate when I'm going down ailes and an employee asks me if I need help finding anything. I know that's their job and the nice thing to do...but for me...I want to get in and out of the store and if I need help I'll ask!!

I just say no thanks I'm fine. Nothing rude.
Even in other stores I hate when people ask if I need help. Lenscrafters is the worst. (Sorry I'm going OT!!)

Ok, I did it! It wasn't a huge shopping trip, only spent a little over $100. The deli was packed!

This is probably just me...but I hate when I'm going down ailes and an employee asks me if I need help finding anything.

I asked one of the employees where I could find the flatbread. He told me that it was in the deli area, then asked me if I wanted him to come with me to find it. I told him that was very nice of him, but I was on my way there anyway.

I guess I'll have to cook tonight.

I don't mind shoping as long as the store isn't crowded. I try and go early on Saturday mornings when things are still quiet. I'm usually walking out with my cart full of food when the parking lot is just starting to fill up. In fact usually someone is waiting for my parking spot!

I love to cook though! Just wish I had a better kitchen!
