Save it online somewhere (flickr, etc) then copy the link to the picture. Click on the little scenery icon next to the smiley face in the bar above, insert the link, click insert, done.

Use the "Upload a File" and choose the photo from the Photo Library of your phone for the easiest way to post it.

Donald Duck did this to my wife and I on Disney Magic. We had just left dinner and he was headed somewhere. He came up to us, pushed between DW and I and then kept trying to get me to leave while walking off with DW. One of my favorite memories, especially since Donald has always been my favorite.
