I hate being so cold!

This is ridiculous...almost everyone in the office is wearing short sleeves or even sleeveless shirts. I'm wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt and not one, but TWO sweaters. And I'm still shivering. Even my fingernails are blue.

I'm severely anemic. I know this. I'm just ranting.

I am the SAME way! Its 78 outside right now and I'm sitting in my cube at work with my jacket on and my heater on underneath my desk! My coworkers think I'm crazy but I'm just cold!

I haven't had anything diagnosed for it but I think it just be bad circulation because my hands/feet are always cold.

I used to be anemic and cold all the time, too. Even here in Hawaii. I ordered long underwear from the mainland - silk - and wore it under my jeans and t-shirts. It really does help.

When I travel, I use electric socks from Hammacher Schlemmer. They run on a battery and have an electric blanket-style coil in them. They get too hot in the toes, so I wear a pair of thick woolen socks underneath.

A heated pad or electric blanket for your desk chair might not be a bad idea.
