...because we're going in August for a conference instead! :cool1:

We get to stay at the BC for less than the rack rate at a moderate BUT there is no dining plan b/c it's a special room rate for meeting attendees.

Airfare is covered. I just changed my SWA reservations over with no problems. We have leftover days on our passes plus they have "after 4pm" passes for a really good price. We can use those on our arrival day instead of buying additional days.

The room is a write-off as a business expense. So is the registration for the meeting.

So now I have to make new dining arrangements with OOP costs taken into consideration. I have $50 in credits from Landry's Select plus another $50 in Landry's GCs, so we'll be eating at Yak & Yeti one afternoon. We also have about $1400 in Disney GCs to cover the rest of the dining for the two of us.

Since I'm not planning to bring food in our luggage or do any in-room dining unless it's room service, can you make suggestions for your favorite counterservice meals? I have my favorites but I'd like to break out of the rut and try something new.

I lose the fish and chips in England at Epcot. Whenever we drive over to Epcot, I immediately start thinking of that fish!

My son loves the Kobi burger at Yak and Yeti!

Beaches and Cream is nice in August, since you'll be at Beach Club and all.

My friend craves the chicken wings at ESPN.

I barely had any ADR's when we were there the 1st week in April.
Except O'Hana's.
We ate on the Boardwalk at the Brewery-sorry can't remember the name, but prices weren't bad at all.

Walk over to the Swan/Dolphin-They have breakfast at the Fresh Market for $18.
