DD and I are going on our first DCL cruise ever Is there anyone else out there going?

Hi, I just joined the DIS boards. The three of us are on the 05/17/07 Wonder.
Me, DH and DD age 17. First cruise ever!!

I'm doing the land & sea starting on May 17th-20th (staying at Polynesian) and boarding the Wonder on the 20th-24th. Is this your itinerary too?

My daughter is 21. After researching on these boards, I don't think you will have anything to worry about... I think there will be plenty of things to keep us busy

That's great! maybe we will get to meet each other. Actually, my daughter will be 18 by the time of the cruise. I can hardly wait for the cruise. I have never been on one and so excited! I hope everything goes smoothly.

Hi all I am joining you on this cruise. I have cruised many times but this is my first Disney cruise and I can not wait! I have 2 children ages 4 months he will be 8 months when we cruise and 4 years old. I have researched and asked questions to death. I am looking forward to the best cruise ever. Are you guys going to Palo?

would sure enjoy Palos, but since this is our first cruise and only 3 days, I think I just want to try the regular restuarants. I guess that will give me incentive to book another cruise in the future.

I am not sure about Palos either. I will ask my family what they want to do.
What about Nassau and Castaway Cay? Going on any excursions?

Since we are going for our 10th anniversary and we have been to Nassau a couple of times I think we are going to go to a Spa in Nassau. We just have to coordinate with flounders and the kids club. I do not know about Castaway Cay. What about you guys?

We might do the walking tour or maybe Atlantis tour and shopping.

My family will be traveling on the May 17 voyage. This will be our second cruise, but the first on DCL!! This is going to be a birthday celebration cruise for our two sons. Our oldest will turn 5 on May 21 and out young son will have turned 1 on May 13. We are also going to spend 4 days prior to the cruise at WDW!!!
