Okay, so I have a fast question. I have seen cm's carring mickey ear balloons around for sale and I was wondering if anyone knew how much those balloons cost.

we were there a couple of weeks ago and I think it was 14.00 for theones that had the Mickey Ears inside the clear balloon . We bought several but my DH always pays

Some people help their kids decide give them to other kids as the family is leaving.

Others will carefully deflate the balloons.

And then, though I'm not sure what sort of balloons WDW has, at DLR there are balloons inside of balloons, and I've read that some party stores can re-inflate them when you get home.

Since we are taking our motorhome this trip, I was thinking of getting one of the prefilled disposable tanks from walmart or the party supply place and doing our own each day for the kids.
Sorry to hijack the thread but has anyone ever used the tanks that I am referring to?

They were $10 last September. We deflated it and took it home. The party or dollar store may be able to reinflate them for you (we reinflated ours at Walmart for 75 cents).

I always see several of those mylar mickey or minnie ones that people have to abandon, before going through security at MCO. You should check there if you're flying in and you'll have balloons for the rest of the week. Those mylars can last a long time.

SIL bought one once and it was a bad experience. The tank was half empty when she bought it (figured someone must have used and returned it), but the wmart CSM wouldn't refund her money, believing she had used the helium.

I buy them for all of my children's birthday parties dating back 10 years now. I have never had a problem with any of them. I just hate that when they run out, it is hard to dispose of the tanks.

most of you are saying 10 dollars but im talking about the one that has the mickey head inside of the clear one. I saw one that said they were 15, please clairify on what you are talking about.

Yes, the huge clear balloons with a colored Mickey head inside are $10 (at least it was a week ago at MK!)

party city does tank rentals, based on size of the tan. These are refilled by a company, and pressure checked prior to rental. And you're given a nozel for blowing up that screws on.
I don't really trust the disposable ones... I worked at party city for 6 months and saw a lot of complaints about them.
And the rental fee really isn't all that bad.

Just remember you can't take balloons to animal kingdom, and they must be held at luggage service at animal kingdom lodge. So if you're at AKL, don't even bother.

Yup. $10 a piece. I had to get 3 of them and it set me back $30........for balloons!!!!!

We sat outside at Tony's next to where the balloon people come out in Dec. I was amazed that they would come out with TONS of balloons and go back in a short time later and more balloons would come out. They must make a boatload of money on those things! They sold them as fast as they could hand them out.

The inner colored balloon is a couple inches long by maybe an inch wide. The clear plastic outer balloon is the size it is originally, only flat. You can fold them up pretty small.
