I have officially been bitten by the acting bug! Some of you might remember I did my first play with our Community Theater group in September and I LOVED IT!!! A girl that I did the play with started emailing me last week. A friend of hers had written a play called "Gameday". It is all about a family, how obsessive they are about the Packers, and how they prepare for each game day. She was twisting my arm to try out for the show, but I told her it really wasn't a good time, since the dance classes I am teaching don't get done until March 7, and the play starts on March 22, so I figured there would be too much overlap between my dance classes and play rehersals. She got back to me again, and said they needed someone to play the leading lady, as no one had stood out at rehersals. I met with her and the director on Saturday, and was given the part of the mother, Rosie. And I am able to do it, since rehersals don't start until March 12!!! I am soooo excited for this. DH keeps asking when we are going to move to LA, so he can be the Kevin, and I can be the Britney!
