I got new bling!

I couldn't think of a better title.

Corey surprised me this week with some new bling.

It's main goal is to serve as a gift for our 9th anniversary. It's a bit belated, but honestly, I don't care. It's so much prettier in person than what this photo shows. I think it's my favorite piece of jewelry that she has ever given me.

Life has otherwise been a blur of banality.

Corey is the mate for life type. I am quite sure that she didn't give it to me due to error on her part. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary to deserve any sort of special gift.

Corey just went into the jewelry store due to a promo she got for free diamond earrings and ended up buying us rings too. She got a great "family" discount on them and they are beautiful reminders of our 9+ years together.

As I have maintained for many years, Corey is my gift from God. I am very blessed to have her in my life.
