I got my first new clippie

Yayyy I got my 5 pound clippie

I'm so happy after only being on the diet for just over 3 weeks and I've hardly done any exercise

NOW, just think what you could do with a little exercise!! (LOL-This is coming from a complete exercisophobic!!!) As badly as I hate to admit it, I do lose much faster when I manage to do even a modest amount of exercise for the week. Really!

Let me just say one thing....the sooner you decide to start exercising...the better you will feel.....and the more you will LIKE it!!! Trust me!!! I NEVER did any cardio until I came to this Place...and now I am one of the biggest fans of working out!!!!

I was just saying to Minniespal (Flo) that it's the odd glass of wine here and there at home that is the killer. When I go out it's not so bad as I tend to drink vodka and diet coke (I introduced Katholyn to this little drink) or gin and slimline tonic which aren't so bad and are less "SINS" in my diet plan.

As to the exercising I was !!! I joined the helath club and everything and was going regularly up until last week and then I passed my driving test and didn't have a car and psychologically decided that now I have passed my test I need a car to get me to the gym (I used to have to get 2 public buses and it used to take me and hour just to get there). Well I get my car tomorrow and I intend on being able to drive to the gym when I want. Also the good thing about driving is that I won't be drinking so I plan on driving everywhere even when I go out to meet friends. "Driving is my new diet plan"

Well done Sam - Don't worry too much about the drinking as long as you keep up the water - I swear it washes the fat right out of my body!!! I've been keeping up my regular intake of 4 - 6 glasses of wine a week and it hasn't significantly impacted my loss. It's the occassional cheats like my monthly bagel that do that - LOL
