I don’t know if anyone has realized this, but as you board the raft, the person who sits at “9:00” as you enter is the one who gets most wet. It happened both times we rode. How did I come to this conclusion? By scientific fact, naturally! I happened to sit in the same spot for both rides (at “6:00”), and received mild splashing, yet the people who were sitting at 11:00-12:00 hardly get wet at all. It was funny because the wives of the men who got drenched happened to sit in those spots both times.

You'll definitely have to let me know if this works! It will be interesting to compare notes. I was amazed that this happened two times in a row, but it was the way the raft traveled down the river both times before it went down the hill. It's the people who go down the big hill backwards who get drenched - as you most likely know!

I could've ridden this ride many more times. It seemed too short to us, but it was a blast!

Hey -- I was just noticing on many of your signatures that there are a bunch of you about to embark on Therapy trips. I'm soooo jealous, but I know that you will have a great time. I'm especially jealous that you will be seeing the Castle all lit up the way it is. Wow!

Yep, 13 days left. Well, actually 12 days til we leave, we are taking a red-eye from Cali on New Years Eve! So very excited and the kids still don't have a darn clue! We are not telling them until the day we leave!!!!

YES! You better believe there is more! I'm only to noon on Sunday and we left on Saturday, so that's a whole week's worth of a TR to write. I just haven't had the time to sit down and write anything. Hopefully I'll be able to do that sometime between Christmas and New Years...

I could not ride the Kali Rapids the last time we were there, our guys were little 5 and 2. Next time we go I'm there and I'm sitting at 11:00.

Hehe, when I went on EE the only reason I was smiling was because I knew they were going to take a picture. You should've seen the look on my face- it was hilarious! The only reason I'd go on again is to feel the thrill- on the plus side, if I did, I'd know it was coming- unless it just stopped like for you...

Yes but, from what perspective? As you're stepping into the raft from the dock? Are you stepping in at 6 o'clock or 12 o'clock. A little clarity please! This is important stuff!

Yes, as you are stepping onto the raft from the dock. I was the last person on the raft both times and I sat in the seat that is closest to the dock, where you step on. Clear as mud?

And as I said, don't shoot me if this proves to be incorrect!

Love this TR. OMG I would have freaked over the EE too. I never do roller coaster thought cause I get motion sickness.

I would have freaked about EE also. I rode it for the first time last May and it broke down on me too.

Except it broke down AFTER the big drop, right when your about to go outside. YOu know, the part where your in the mountain and there is a screen and the yeti comes, pulls up the track, and then when you move outside, the yeti follows? well, we didn't follow.

THe yeti pulled up the track and then jumped out the screen side and we just sat there.

Me and my sister were just sitting there like, is that supposed to happen?
So we are just sitting there and then WHAM. It moves.

It scared me so badly because I have a roller coaster phobia.
