I really got it!! I can't remember exactly when I sent it out. I think it was the beginning of October. I know it was at the beginning of when the posts started coming about the offer. It feels like I've waited a LONG LONG time on this. It came as 3 different $50.00 coupons. I got 275 wrappers for the $150.00 off. Oh also, the return address is wierd. I can't remember what it was now, but it was NOT Southwest or Hershey ANYTHING.....so watch for it in the mail. If you throw junk mail (sort of speak) out then be careful until you get yours. :D

Go #24!

We got two of ours yesterday as well!!!

The return address is Advanced Response System, and the envelope DOES NOT look official or even important for that matter!!!

I noticed that NONE of the GC's have names on them for the owner... I also noticed that they say NO EXPIRATION DATE!! How about that!! I know someone had asked if they could do it for their son, we did it for ours, and his was one of the envelopes that came yesterday... as I said, there is no name on the GC's...

Now I gotta find someplace SAFE to put them!!

Got mine too...comes from Rogers, Minnesota.

Do I remember reading that these coupons are NOT good on internet purchase of tickets? Does it tell you how to redeem these...is there a code number on the certs??

You have to bring them to either a travel agent or an airport ticketing counter... It's easy enough for us to go straight to the Manchester, NH airport with no problem, so that's what we plan to do... they are not good on the internet only fares... but their public fare is often better than their internet fares coming out of Manchester, so we aren't worried on that either..

I bought enough for two 150.00 cerificates, sent certified mail with my information inside. Somewhere I read one certificate per person, after I mailed it, I sent enough for two, but only put my name? I have read on this board they have no names on the certificate. Just wondering if anyone else did this and got their's back?

To add to Leslieh's question:
shefor24 mentioned that they came as $50 coupons.
Can you use more than one coupon on a single flight? In other words, do you have to use $50 on 3 different flights, or can you use all $150 worth on one flight?

These are gift certificates, so you can use as many as you want for a flight... there are no restrictions or blackouts either.. the only stipulation, is that you need to bring them to a ticket counter or travel agent for redemption...

Gosh, thats really great! What a deal!
How did you all end up mailing your UPC'S? Glue them to paper? Regular mail? I will be sending mine out soon!Thanx!

I have about 200 wrappers, my husband said he's gaining too much weight eating all the candy bars. how long did it take to get your gift certs? I will be mailing my 275 (I hope) within the next 2 weeks. Told husband I was going to freeze the candy.

We are planning on going for Xmas2001 stayin at WL already my ressies. I would love to get a discount of some kind on SW we are flying out of Manchester, NH also.

Any help would be appreciated.

I bet I am late in the game.. but how do I get these southwest gift certificates by buying Hershey Products? Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Glo! I think the link is still on Travelcoupons site..the link to that is in her above post...

The cut off date to mail in wrappers is Jan 31,2001. I am getting ready to mail mine in; but on the certificate I dowloaded and printed, the address is not clear. Does anyone have the address to send the wrappers too? also, does anyone know if they are accepting this printed version from the internet?
Thanks much

If you spend 60 cents on a candy bar and buy 50 of them for a $25 gift certificate for a round trip ticket you spent $30 to get $25. Am I missing something here? Someone please help me out. We are planning on going for xmas of 2001 and do fly southwest but, I don't see the deal here. What am I missing? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

I went to BJ"s average 3 bars for $1.00. therefore 275 bars cost a little over $90. you get $150 in certificates, and my husband eats candy as if it's going out of style. I would be buying them anyway, although he's complaining of gaining weight.
A question for anyone who has already mailed them in, do you mail the entire wrapper or just the code portion of the wrapper?

Thanks,

You do not need to send the entire wrapper, just the entire UPC code from each wrapper. I have received my voucher from Hershey's already and I just sent the UPC's with the form.
You also do not need the form, you can use a plain 3 1/2 x 5 inch index card or the scanned image of the form available on the website link below.
The address is:
