Stupid question, but:
Since we probably won't be able to get a FP for FOP (I did a throwaway room, so it's the rolling 60-day window, so by the time my "next" day comes out, I'm still about 4 days behind anyone else with a 5-night stay):
How are you all managing to snag a FP at an earlier time? (meaning like some people get it at like day 50 or something)? I know you can constantly check the app/website (but I have a job so I can't be doing that), but what I'm really trying to get at is:
Do you just avoid scheduling any "Tier 1" FP at all for your entire stay so that if something shows up for FOP you can snag it? Otherwise, it seems (unless I'm doing something wrong), that when you do see something available, the MDE makes you cancel your Tier 1 and then schedule FOP or any other Tier 1, and with my luck, by the time I cancel and get back over to the FOP, it'll be gone, and then I'll try to get back the Tier 1 I just cancelled and it'll be gone too (so I get doubly screwed).
