That's exactly what I did. We got engaged in May 2001, and planned the wedding for July 2002 - to be after my May graduation. While it seemed long at some points, it was actually very nice. My senior year was insane with trying to graduate, work and plan a wedding, but it was fun. I can't imagine trying to do it any earlier. But I always wanted to be a summer bride - so it worked out perfectly for me.
