Actually, DH got it - courtesy of his Disney Visa, I guess. Ugh. After all these years, we live in Pennsylvania, airfare to LAX is outta site, and we get -- California.
I think I got the same offer!! Finally, I get a pin code - but it is for California!! Going to California is out of the question. Why go to the smaller park when the greatest park of all is so much closer!!
I'm in ca and i'm trying to get to wdw-lol! I read somewhere about kids flying free to Disneyland but not sure which airline since it didnt interest me. I know Alaska a hile back had kids fly free to disney ca.
My gut tells me i need to wait til june for a good deal. Hope i'm right. This is my first trip to wdw.
I was going to say the same thing. DH and I managed to get really cheap airfare from Pittsburgh to San Diego and then home from LAX and spent 3 days in DL and DCA. It was a fabulous time! I really enjoyed myself, even though WDW is my "home park" and always will be. If it's at all possible, I'd suggest trying to swing a trip to CA. With the crowd level as it was (especially on the weekdays), 3 days was the perfect amount of time to experience the parks. If you have any questions, drop me a PM!
Been there, done that -- in 2003. Even have it in my siggy! And we did love it. But the World just has more - and for less, at least if you're in a market with still-cheap airfares and/or the possibility of driving.
There really isn't any comparison for me. DL is a nice day trip. We did it when we were on vacation in San Diego. I personally don't think I could make a week's vacation there.
I have been there once and it is a nice park, but there is so much more things to do at Disneyworld compared to Disneyland.I also live in Georgia so Florida is so much closer!!

Just in case you ever want to go again, don't just look at LAX, check out Long Beach and Burbank airports as well. There are tons of airports out there and you can find good deals at some when the others are crazy.
DH got an email about a deal out there too, but it was for the Jolly Roger, and as much as I like the off-sites for DLR, I'm not staying there. Plus we have APs so it's silly to buy a package deal.
I got that offer too. We took the exact same trip last year - DL, San Diego Zoo, etc. and had a blast. Didn't have an offer then, unforunately. We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel. Loved it. We flew into San Diego on Southwest for $69. Flew back for free with a rapid reward ticket.
Hey, when was the deal for? We just received our Disney Visa in the mail today... I'm hoping they send something else good! We're thinking about an adults only weekend to DLR in October... shhh... don't tell my kids.
Arrival dates 6/19 - 8/28. Travel must be booked by 8/24 and completed by 8/31. This isn't a Disney Visa offer. It's from Disney Destinations so it's for anybody.

My DH got this too for the "Disney's Ultimate SoCal Vacation offer" for $75 per person per day. Can you not book on-line, just through a TA or the phone number? And am I missing a code somewhere, or is it just the website address? This is the green flyer with Donald and Huey/Dewey/Luey and Mickey/Minnie taking pictures on an island?
We got it to and we live in Pittsburgh!!! for half a second DH and I actually thought about it - but we have a 10 day trip to the world planned in september. now a code for florida - we'd grab in a moment!!
