I got an email with PIN, but...

I got an email this morning and open it up and there is a PIN code on it. When I got a break from work I called CRO and yes, there is a PIN but the dates are for after 10/19 and we're going to be travelling from 10/15-10/21. It was a room only discount for 20-30% off according to the CM.

Can't change our dates.
