I got an answer from Disney Re:Expiry Tickets

I wanted to find out from Disney just how long a MYW ticket is good for -is is 14 daus following the first day of use or is it 14 days including the first day of use? So, I emailed them earlier this week and asked:

In the ticket FAQ on the website, it states that tickets without the no-expiration addon will expire "14 days from their use". Does the "14 days" include the first day of use? For example, if I use a ticket for the first time on 5/1, is the last day that it is good for admission 5/14 or 5/15? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Here's the answer I just got:

Dear XXXXXXX,

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.

The first day would be counted as your first day of use. Following your question, the tickets would expire at close of business on 5/14.

If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Please include your full name, E-Mail address, and reservation number if applicable on all
correspondence.

So, it appears that the expiry tickets are good for a total of 14 days, including the first day of use. For those of you purchasing 10-day MYW Plus passes or 10-day MYW Premium Passes (both of which have 5 pluses), this means that you would need to use one of those pluses on a park day in order to avoid having one plus expire.

Just thought that those of you making longer visits to WDW would want to know this.

Are you sure the NON-EXPIRY tickets are only good for a total of 14 days? I thought I could use mine for 10 park days and another 5 plus days on top of that.

I just want to make sure I understand correctly. I bought the 10 day LOADED tickets.

The non-expiry tickets don't ever expire. It's the ones that don't have the non-expiry feature that expire 14 days after first use.

Loaded (if you mean packed; premium) tickets also come in expiring and non-expiring versions. By going to theme parks and plus venues on different days you can get as many as 15 days of Disney fun (14 without non-expiration) out of a 10 day pass with the plus pack.

I just wanted to make sure I understood correctly.

When I said LOADED, I meant I added every option I possibly could including hopping, non expiration and pluses to my 10 day tickets.

OOOh. That was a serious typo on my part. It is the EXPIRY passes that are good for 14 days total. The NON-EXPIRY passes are good forever. Sorry for the mistake. I edited my original post to fix it.
