I got a treat today

I got a treat and didn't have to dress up and play trick or treat.

Today is my payday and I noticed I got a pay raise. Not much, but still, it was good to see I got one. I thought I was supposed to get one in July, and never did see it. I overheard one of the ladies I work with say we might get a raise in October (I thought everyone but me got one in July ). She was right. We got our raise.
