Wife and I were talking about not going to WDW this year as we are getting all new carpet and remodeling our bathroom, but just got a PIN Thursday...now she is trying to figure out how she can get 2 weeks off around her birthday in July. Also have 4 round-trip tickets with points from SWA...life is good.

A pin code is a rate that has a personal identification number associated with it. It is only good for the person that receives the offer and is often sent by email.

The discount varies.

Some people get them all the time. Others never, or rarely get an offer. I don't think that anyone knows how it is decided where these are sent.

20% off of room and free park hopper for the whole stay. Which is great since it is just going to be the wife and I again. No need to rush and we are having Amazon deliver much of our food to us.

I get a pin once a month in my e-mail, but ....it belongs to someone else in the country I don't know. Last one I got was for someone 300 miles away from me . plus side is they always they will honor it because they screwed up. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this issue fixed. Been a year now , with no luck.

I just received my first pin code but unfortunately the dates offered don't work out for us. We decided to book in October without any discounts. We like to book prior to the 180 days so we can book our ADR's. My question is, will it still be possible to receive a pin code even though we currently have a vacation booked?

I have recieved them multiple times when I've already booked a trip. It's a nice little surprise when you already planned on going and then get a pin sent! Fingers crossed for you!

Who knows? I received a pin code every season UNTIL I booked a trip...since then, nada.
