I got a pin code for Jan/Feb!

Hey all,

I just got an e-mail from Disney titled "Big savings on a Walt Disney World Vacation!" It's for a family of 4, six nights, 7 days for $1250 most nights Jan. 1 -12, Jan. 16 - Feb. 15, 2006. The tickets are park hoppers w/ plus options. Price based on 2 adults, 1 junior, 1 child.

I got that one too... unfortuantly we were not looking to go at this time of year... but keeping my fingers crossed that I can get a pin code for the time of year we want. Guess I will have to wait and see.

I don't think we can get off work to go at that time...maybe they'll go thru March! We would like to go Mar 18 thru 24...but that is not value season so we'll wait and see...

I got mine about 5 minutes before I started the thread. I got the last one, too, but didn't take advantage of it, so apparently that didn't get me taken off the list.

I just priced the package exactly like the e-mail says at disney world site and the price was $1637.98 at POP, so that's almost $400 savings. Not too bad, I say.

I have signed up for email from every which direction, yet have never gotten an emailed pincode. Or a postcard. EVER.

Maybe I will luck out, and get one when I need it most.

I got my first ever pin a few days ago, but also can't go during that time frame. Oh well, maybe if I don't use it thay will send me another one some day.

I have never gotten a PIN code before either until now and I wonder if it has something to do with the survey I filled out. When we were at MNSSHP I got asked if I would fill out a survey that would be emailed to me once I got home, of course I said yes becuase I remebered reading a post here about how people got all kinds of perks by doing surveys and studies. Well I got the survey yesterday and filled it out yesterday and today I got a PIN.

It may be just a coinsidence though, but I thought that I may throw that idea out there.

I got this pin code too! It was my first one ever!

Don't know how I got on the list, but it feels like it's taken years of being on Disney's email lists, etc.

Of course, we did book 3 Disney vacations for this year....

we filled out pretty much anything at WDW that needed an email, knowing about pin codes...there were several things and places in EPCOT like imagination station where you enter an email address...until I got back from WDW I never got one, now I have gotten 2 and can not use them unless they go thru March...come on March code!!

For the past two years I received a postcard/e-mail for January/February but we was never able to use it. I'm sure I won't get one this year now that we plan to go in January. Disney has it in their system that I called to inquire about rates for January. How do I know this? Because Disney sent me an e-mail outlining the dates and resort I had inquired about, inviting me to book. I actually ended up booking with AAA so maybe Disney will think I didn't book and send me an e-mail to entice me. One can always hope!! Good luck to everyone looking for a postcard/e-mail. Trying to figure it all out. I used to work at AAA so one of my friends/co-workers has booked my trip for me. I am trying to explain pin codes to him, but he doesn't get it. My trip is already booked and paid in full. Ughh.

What is the "pin" and how do you get it??

Pin codes are only mailed out.Sometimes you can call and see if one is attatched to your name.

Dh called last night to try and see if he could book something with our pin code and was told we didn't have one attatched to our name even though I got an email. She gave us a AAA code to use. We will see today!
