and I hope I'll be able to roll out of bed tomorrow morning! It is I Want That Body by Tamilee Webb - of "Buns/Abs of Steel" fame. I did the abs and buns workout today, and tomorrow I'll do the arms workout. You need good knees for the buns workout...lots of squats and lunges!
