So Chris and I (Nikki) got May 5, 2008 at Sea Breeze Point and The Attic.

(We decided on the Attic after seeing Lurky's personal pics of it. We had been thinking about having the reception at the Attic before, because 11 of our 40 guests will be young children and it looks like it's the most child proof and friendly. - So, thank you Lurkyloo!!)

So, here's my question... Do infants and toddlers get included in our guest count, even though their meals are complimentary at the reception? Our problem is that we would like to add two more adults, but we don't want to be pushed into the next level of room block requirements. Right now we have to fill 25 room nights ( which is already a problem, since all of my 19 guests will be staying in their own timeshares or driving from Tennessee or Fort Lauderdale only for the day. And many of Chris' guests, for some odd reason, say they would prefer to stay at Univeral Studio's resorts). We would like to stay at 25 room nights if possible. It's hard to imagine that Disney would count infants and toddlers as guests, but I wouldn't be surprised either.

Kids 3 and under don't count at all. They will set places for them at the reception, but they don't count in your guest totals.

Yippeee!! That's wonderful!!

Your picture is beautiful! Are you glad you chose SBP for your ceremony?

We are having 60 guests and were only required to guarantee 25 room nights in our room block. Even if you need to add a few, you should still be within the limits.

Infants and toddlers don't count as guests for Wishes weddings? Cuz they sure do for Escape weddings! Maybe they're just trying to push more people into Wishes weddings... ;)

As for room blocks, apparently if you only have them set aside a low number of rooms in your block (i.e. not one room for every guest for multiple nights) you only have to guarantee a low number. They don't really make that clear.

Congrats on booking the Attic! You will LOVE it (you know this already) and if you're like me, you will want to *live* there! :rotfl:

Infants and toddlers don't count and kids 3-9 are half price. With a wishes wedding the big cost is the reception food - it doesn't matter how many people you have as long as you pay for them.

Thank you all!! I asked Pam Pearce, but she hasn't gotten back to me yet and I was going crazy wondering. So thank you all so much for the help.

We love the Attic in the pictures. I'm just hoping that we are as pleased when we go to our planning session.

I ran into the same thing - last year we were doing a custom and my niece and nephew didn't count. This year we've rebooked for an escape and my niece is 4 now, so she'd count either way, but my nephew who is 2 now counts. :confused3

My sister is going to be having her second child a month before my wedding. The baby will be just about a month on my wedding day and the baby counts towards the 20 people for an escape wedding. Ridiculous I think.
