I get two nights free at a hotel from Choice

I signed up for a Choice Pivilege Visa card and for doing so I get a certain amount of "points" automatically. It is enough points to stay at one of their hotels for free for two nights. This hotels include Comfort Inn, Comfort suites,etc... We are going to use these hotel stays for driving to and from Disney.

I checked into the hotels before signing up for the card. The hotels we are looking at are 6,000 points each which will leave us with points left over.

How did you find the number of points for the hotels?? I looked but could not find anything mlisting individual hotels with the number of points.


Also how many points do you get for signing up? I know it is work two nights but how many points is that?

I won't sign up for hotel credit card programs. At first I thought you meant you were joining just their loyalty program...like Hilton Honors or Hyatt Gold Passport. I love to get bonus points for those, but not via credit cards.

Choice Hotels has a rewards program like that, too. You get points for hotel stays that can add up to a free night. I belong to that, but don't have their credit card.

I've been a member of Choice Rewards for 2yrs and recently got the credit card (only 1 free night when I got it . The two programs go together and the points from my cc account go directly to my rewards account at the end of the billing statement. I have never had a problem redeeming my free nights, no blackout dates or limits within the point system.

Watch for their other specials they run during the year. They usually run one from Sept 1 - Dec 31 and another from Jan 1 - May 1. I love the stay 2 nights get one free that they've run a few times. The last special was book online and get triple points. I usually earn 2-3 free nights per year and now with the cc should double that.

I called the reservation # 1-800-521-2121 after I found some of the hotels I was intersted in and they told me the points needed.. You can also see the # of points online if you look up their hotels.

I signed up. After my 1st purchase (any amount) I will get 16,000 points.The hotels I have checked are Comfort Inns and Sleep Inns for the drive to and from MD/WDW. The hotles I checked are each 6,000 points.
The #to sign up for the card is 1-888-770-6800. I spoke to someone directly and signed up vs.the internet. I had a lot of questions and wanted to talk to someone directly.

If you sign up for choice privileges you can create an account online. Then you can choose to redeem your points. It will show how many points each thing is worth. I've thought about getting the credit card just for the nights. We'll have to see. What really irks me is that we did the stay two nights, get one free offer. We stayed at hotels that are 16,000 points. We only get 6,000 in return. That bothers me just a bit. We don't want to stay in any of the 6,000 hotels around here, so it's not really a free night for us.
