Just back from a week in the world using MB and FP+. This was a girls trip, both of us mom's who have been very vocal about the incredible service that we have had at Universal on our last two trips with our families.

Perhaps we got lucky, perhaps it is because we are both outgoing, but we did not encounter one rude, disinterested or unengaging CM. There were a few that we actually had a lot of fun with. I'd like to think that Disney is upping its game rather than the fact that we just got lucky. From the bus drivers to housekeeping to CM's in the parks, we found everyone very happy.
 
We felt the same the last week in January. The only negative encounter I had was at POP's food court. I asked the girl what a menu item was, and her response was that it was exactly like it sounded (crunchy coated ice cream sundae). I was asking what the crunchy coating was, but she didn't actually know.
 
That's great. :) Love to hear positive experiences. Sometimes it seems like human nature to only take time to post the negative.

I remember at a training day many years ago the speaker saying that if someone had a positive customer experience they might tell two people about it, but if they had a negative experience they'd stop strangers on the street. The internet has changed that quite a bit, but it still has a pretty strong grain of truth to it.
